Fully furnished apartment in Lugano downtown for 1200

Hi everybody,
I am searching for a person to take over my fully furnished apartment almost in down town of Lugano. In the beginning of Via Trevano street. It is 8 min distance from Manor on foot & about 10 min distance to the lake on foot, etc. (furniture for a little settlement about 1/3 of the furniture value). & As I will be leaving in all furniture also curtains etc possibly even some of kitchen equipment - the apartment is fully ready to move in :) It is on the second floor - on the first & ground floor no neighbours.
It has 55m2 - 2.5 rooms + about 14m2 balcony. It is newly renovated - kitchen - bathroom - all rooms are new + it also has an air-conditioning.

Rent is 1200 + about 160 for utilities = 1360 per month (however - I have received 1/3 of the utilities back as a finalization per year). Additionally possible to rent a parking space in the underground garage for 175 per month. The apartment also has a spacious cellar.
