Insegnante di Yoga e Ayurveda a Domicilio

(ITA) Molte grazie per essere qui a leggere la mia presentazione, possa la vostra luce illuminare il nostro sorriso.

Il mio percorso di praticante consapevole è nato dall’incontro con due cari fratelli interiori, Yogi Ji e Yogi Chandrakant che mi hanno introdotto all’arte dello Yoga e dell’ Ayurveda in bellissime discussioni e pratiche lungo le sponde del fiume Gange al Shri Sant Sewa Ashram in Rishikesh, India .

Mi sono diplomato come INSEGNANTE DI YOGA presso la Mahatma Yoga Foundation della stessa città dove ho cominciato la mia collaborazione con un’associazione di volontariato per bambini disagiati ( www.childrenoftheganges.com ). Loro mi ha insegnato il sorriso e la felicità dalle basi, senza linguistica, senza materialità e senza basi intellettive ma con semplici incontri di cuori e di sentimenti, in poche parole lo yoga. Dopo un percorso di Diploma come OPERATORE AYURVEDICO a Lugano, Svizzera mi sono specializzato negli anni in YOGA & AYURVEDA per STRESS MANAGEMENT e nel MASSAGGIO AYURVEDICO DEI PUNTI MARMA.

Vivo e lavoro a Lugano (Svizzera), ho uno studio privato a Varzi (PV-Italia) e parlo Italiano ed Inglese a livello bilingue.

La possibilità di poter condividere amore, dedizione e la pratica dello Yoga e dell’Ayurveda con voi mi trova sinceramente lusingato e spero di vedere presto il vostro sorriso riflesso nel mio.

My path as conscious practitioner begun from the encounter with two dear inner brothers, Yogi Ji and Yogi Chandrakant, who introduced me to the art of Yoga and Ayurveda during beautiful discussions and practices along the banks of the river Ganges at Shri Sant Sewa Asharam in Rishikesh, India.

Two years later I graduated as a yoga teacher at Yoga Foundation Mahatma in the same city where I started my collaboration with a charity for underprivileged children (www.childrenoftheganges.com).

They taught me the smile and happiness from the basics, without language, without materiality and without intellectual foundations but with simple gatherings of hearts and feelings, in a nutshell yoga.

I am also a qualified Ayurveda Operator specialized in YOGA & AYURVEDA for STRESS MANAGEMENT and in the TREATMENT OF MARMA POINTS.

I find sincerely delighted in being able to share love and experiences with you and I soon hope to see your smile reflected in mine.
