È disponibile da subito una stanza singola in un grande appartamento in centro di Lugano, vicino all'USI e alla SUPSI. L'appartamento è consiviso con altri 3 coinquilini (2 lavoratori e 1 studente). È composto da un grande soggiorno, cucina, balcone, 2 bagni e 3 stanze (1 doppia e 2 singole). La posizione è molto comoda: nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi supermercati, pizzerie, bar, farmacia.
L'affitto mensile è 500 franchi, cauzione 1000 franchi, e i mobili 200 franchi.
C'è un contratto regolare con l'agenzia, per cui bisogna avere un contratto di lavoro oppure essere studenti.

APARTMENT: large living room, kitchen equipped with all the utensils, balcony, 2 bathrooms, 2 single rooms, 1 double room.

FLATMATES: 2 guys who are working (so they are not at home till 6 pm) and e 1 student. During the weekends just 1 flatmate stays in Lugano, others go home.

COSTS: monthly price 500 fr. Deposit: 1000 fr. (2 mesi). Furniture (bed, chest of drawers, desk, bookcase): 200 fr.

CONTRACT TERMS: there is a contract for rent to be signed with the agency. You need to be registerd in the university or have a contract for work. The room is availabel for long or short time (3 months of notice otherwise you can find a substitute for you and leave before)
